About Liberty
Libby (Liberty) is no stranger to food and body image struggles. After years of extreme dieting/disordered eating, she discovered intuitive eating, and it was life changing. Libby knows what it’s like to feel trapped in diet culture and have food and body image consume your life. After becoming a dietitian, it became her mission to help others ditch dieting and heal their relationship with food.
Libby uses a non-diet, intuitive eating approach to help clients stop feeling stress and guilt around food, and gain confidence in a way of eating that is right for them.
She looks at nutrition from a whole-person perspective and works with clients to create healthy, lasting habits. Libby is non-judgemental, knowing there is no “perfect” way of eating!
